The individuals live in homes or apartments in Wayzata, Plymouth, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, New Hope, and Maple Grove. Hammer gives each individual the opportunity to live life to its fullest. Hammer respects abilities, reaches for opportunities, and helps consumers realize their dreams. For more information about Hammer's services, call their Community Office Center.
