Description:This award-winning festival features brilliant displays of puppets and floats, lots of activities, stunning theatrical performances, food, and more. The Parade proceeds down Bloomington Avenue, starting at 25th Street and turning West toward Powderhorn Park at 34th Street.

The world famous May Day Parade is produced by In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre (HOBT). HOTB uses the ancient tradition of puppet and mask theatre to explore issues, events and values of contemporary society.
